Owner & HISTORY
Michael Kitchen was the founder and president of Alban Title in New Philadelphia Ohio from 2005 until his retirement in 2015.
During this time he actively purchased land and royalty interests in Ohio and West Virginia and continues to enjoy working with mineral and land owners.
Michael is a lifelong Ohio resident and was active in the real estate and construction business prior to starting Alban Title.
What We do
Our mission at Eigg Land Limited is to provide a quick and effortless transaction for our clients. We will handle all of the necessary paperwork, legal work, title searches, recordings, etc.
If the parcel(s) are not in your name we will also handle any of the necessary probate or estate work.
Our offer will be a net price to you, meaning we will pay all of the necessary fees and the price we agree on will be the check you receive.
